Our Chi Kung Class at the Shao-Lin Center is focused on developing the ability to safely manipulate and control Chi (energy) within our own Body. Basic principles are discussed and trained. The necessary basics of Meditation are taught and practiced. This class is for Beginners and more Experienced Practitioners Looking for a chance to Train Basics and perhaps some techniques they have not yet learned.

Small Circle of Heaven

Redirection (Externally and Internally)

Above is an example of Redirection Training, when the force of the two students trying to push over Sifu Max enter's his arms, Sifu Max redirects the energy down his spine and straight into the ground. When doing this correctly Sifu Max can stay relaxed and upright while they try their hardest to push him over.
