Shao-Lin Conditioning
Offered Thursdays from 7:00 - 7:30
Our Conditioning class is a mix of Traditional training, Honan, OutDoor Conditioning, Yin Yang Conditioning, and New training from simple bag routines, to the Shikuchi, a Speed Training Routine unique to our school developed by our own Assistant Instructor Joe Pierce.
This is a class not to be missed for people wanting to increase endurance, work on cardiovascular ability or just simply lose weight.
