Reiki Practitioners at the Columbus Martial Arts Center Both Sifu` Max and Assistant Instructor Joe are Trained and Certified Reiki Practitioners able to commercially offer their services.They are trained in the Usui Shiki Ryoho Reiki Line (Dr. Usui's Method of Natural Healing) under Master Linda Haley of The Reiki Center in Columbus (see Links for Master Linda's Site). We believe our martial training in chi has very much helped in our ability to practice Reiki. At the Columbus Martial Arts Center we practice both sides of the Chi coin. Through techiniques such as Fa Jing, Hard Chi Kung and Pressure Points we have the ability to inflict great bodily harm and move large amounts of energy, but on the opposite side this strength is lended to the ideas of Reiki to help heal others. We at the Columbus Martial Arts Center train Internally in a mulititude of different ways but our goal in all of our training is health and to help others. The martial aspects of Chi must be trained in order to gain a better understanding, knowledge and control of energy. This is beneficial to an entire person, we can defend ourselves and heal others. |
